Return and Refund Policy

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return:
    • Contact our Customer Service team at sales@faebertools.com or call us at +971 56 398 8664 within 5 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
    • Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  2. Receive Return Authorization:
    • Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.
  3. Prepare Your Return:
    • Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
    • Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the Item:
    • Ship the item using a trackable shipping method to the address provided in the return instructions.
    • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a FaeberTools error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

Refund Process

  1. Inspection and Approval:
    • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return criteria (product condition, original packaging, etc.).
    • If the return is approved, we will process your refund.
  2. Refund Issuance:
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return is approved.
    • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

Customer Requirements

  1. Return Window:
    • Returns must be initiated within 5 days of receiving your order.
  2. Product Condition:
    • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  3. Reason for Return:
    • Please provide a reason for the return to help us improve our products and services.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page

Exchanges
